Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Build A BB, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect the time of all clients, i kindly ask that you review my cancellation policy.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
• Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be subject to a 30% no-show fee.
• A valid card is required to reserve all appointments and may be charged for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
• Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Build A BB.
Late Arrival Policy
• Clients arriving up to 10 minutes late may still be accommodated if the appointment can be completed without affecting the next scheduled client.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their service modified or their appointment rescheduled.
• If i am unable to accommodate your appointment due to late arrival, the cancellation policy will apply.
• Please call or text me if you are running late so i can determine the best option.
